What kind of contract is made between the Family and a Native Nanny?

Depending on the number of hours worked per week, there are 3 different type of work contracts in Germany that can be used:

• Mini-job
• Part-time contract
• Full-time contract

It is also possible for nannies to work on a contractor basis. In this case, you need to follow the specific regulations for self-employed work.
