My name is Norma, and I am a professional nanny with over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including extensive experience with newborns and babies. Supporting children through their early years is something I truly enjoy, and I feel very privileged to be part of such an important stage in a family’s life.
I am currently working through an agency with a wonderful family caring for their 13-month-old baby, and my hours are being reduced due to Kita start so I am looking for some extra work.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of families, including VIP households, international families, and families with different parenting styles and cultural backgrounds. My approach is always warm, respectful, proactive, and tailored to each family’s individual needs.
Beyond my nanny experience, I also have a strong interest in child development and healthy sleep habits. I support families in establishing routines, understanding developmental milestones, and creating a calm, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Alongside my work as a nanny, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with a specialization in international security. I also have strong skills in PA, calendar management, and organizing schedules, as well as the ability to navigate complex environments with discretion, adaptability, and a strong analytical mindset.
Families often describe me as caring, trustworthy, patient, and highly dependable. Building a strong relationship with both parents and children is very important to me, and I am fortunate to have excellent references from previous families who would be happy to speak about their experience working with me.
Looking forward hearing from you!
