I am a highly experienced childcare professional with over 15 years of working with children of all ages across a range of environments, including private households, international settings, and educational spaces. My approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply attuned to each child’s individual needs, creating an environment where they feel safe, seen, and supported.

Alongside my childcare work, I am also the founder of a wellness practice in Berlin, where I guide private, in-home Family Sound Bath experiences. This is a unique offering I bring into the families I work with — using crystal singing bowls, gentle grounding practices, and a carefully held space to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and connection within the family.

Rather than focusing solely on keeping children occupied, my work centres around supporting the nervous system and emotional wellbeing of the whole family unit. With younger children, this often looks like creating a calm, nurturing environment where they can fully unwind and feel secure. With older children, I gently introduce age-appropriate tools that help them understand and regulate their emotions in a natural, embodied way.

Families I work with often value a more mindful, holistic approach to childcare — one that balances structure with softness, and care with genuine connection. I bring a grounded, reliable presence into the home, while also offering something that feels truly restorative for both children and parents.

I am currently available for occasional childcare support, as well as private Family Sound Bath sessions for families who would like to experience this in their own home.
