I am a French nanny currently based in Karlsruhe, and I have been living and working in Germany since 2021.
Childcare has been at the centre of my life for many years. My experience covers a wide range of roles: volunteering in a kindergarten with children aged 1 to 3, working in a baby section of a Familotel, supporting families as an au pair, and working as a nanny for several households.
I have cared for babies as young as 3 months and accompanied their development through their first year of life.
I am trained in Montessori pedagogy for ages 0 to 6, I have completed a baby seminar, a first aid course and several trainings focusing on emotional development, autonomy and early childhood needs. These qualifications help me offer attentive and developmentally supportive care.
Working with infants is where I feel the most aligned and confident, as I primaly wanted to be Neonatal childcare assistant.
I enjoy creating gentle routines, observing developmental progress and offering a safe, affectionate environment where babies can grow at their own pace.
People often describe me as patient, caring, reliable and sensitive. I value clear communication with parents and always aim to support the family as a whole.
I am currently open to new opportunities in childcare across Germany and happy to relocate for the right family.

„Ich bin ein französisches Kindermädchen, lebe derzeit in Karlsruhe und wohne und arbeite seit 2021 in Deutschland.
Die Kinderbetreuung steht seit vielen Jahren im Mittelpunkt meines Lebens. Meine Erfahrung umfasst eine Vielzahl von Bereichen: ehrenamtliche Arbeit in einem Kindergarten mit Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 3 Jahren, Tätigkeit im Babybereich eines Familotels, Unterstützung von Familien als Au-pair sowie die Arbeit als Nanny in verschiedenen Haushalten.

Diese Qualifikationen helfen mir dabei, eine aufmerksame und entwicklungsfördernde Betreuung anzubieten.
Die Arbeit mit Säuglingen ist der Bereich, in dem ich mich am wohlsten fühle und am sichersten bin, da ich ursprünglich Kinderkrankenschwester für Neugeborene werden wollte.
Ich genieße es, sanfte Routinen zu schaffen, die Entwicklungsschritte zu beobachten und eine sichere, liebevolle Umgebung zu bieten, in der Babys in ihrem eigenen Tempo wachsen können.
Menschen beschreiben mich oft als geduldig, fürsorglich, zuverlässig und einfühlsam. Ich lege großen Wert auf eine klare Kommunikation mit den Eltern und möchte die Familie stets als Ganzes unterstützen.
Ich bin derzeit offen für neue Möglichkeiten in der Kinderbetreuung in ganz Deutschland und bereit, für die richtige Familie umzuziehen.“
