Developmental Support: My professional background involves designing age-appropriate learning activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth. I engage children with purposeful play rather than passive entertainment.
Emotional Intelligence & Patience: My experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention has trained me to remain calm and patient in any situation. I am skilled at helping children navigate “big emotions,” resolve conflicts, and build resilience.
Partnership with Parents: I view childcare as a partnership. I have extensive experience in “Parent Management Training”, which means I value open communication and respecting your specific parenting style and rules.
