Hallo, I am a 23-year-old Kiwi who has recently moved from New Zealand to Berlin and I'm eagerly looking for a family to work for long-term while I take evening Deutsch lessons!

My work background is in Government policy, but over the years I have reliably taken on nannying/babysitting jobs with variable age groups and distinct caregiving needs, including experience in special needs (ASD) care, and looking after toddlers, young children, and tweens. I am a fun and calming presence for young children and am historically good at drawing kids out of their shells! Coming from a big family with younger siblings myself, I am patient and find fulfillment in learning from children and helping to build up their confidence (at school and socially!) I focus on befriending the children I care for and respecting them as like-minded people with their own thoughts and opinions ((:
