Hi! I’m Marco, an educator with over 8 years of experience in social services, HR, and education. I’ve worked extensively with people facing difficult situations — from addiction rehabilitation to psychological support — and this has taught me empathy, patience, and a genuine attention to individual needs.
I strongly believe in every child’s personal growth and I’m committed to creating a safe, positive, and stimulating environment. I’m a native Italian speaker with C1-level English, and I love guiding little ones with a patient and attentive approach, nurturing their talents.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and discovering new creative activities to share with children.
