We are seeking a professional, native English-speaking nanny for a fully staffed VIP household. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with high-profile or staffed families (with chef, housekeepers, and PA) and be confident caring for infants. The role involves full responsibility for a baby who will be 4 months old at the start of employment and working alongside family so a minimum of three years’ professional baby and infant experience is essential. Candidates must be career nannies (not babysitters), with English as their first language, a strong understanding of infant development and routines, and preferably formal childcare qualifications. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work seamlessly within a household team are required.
Requirements:

Native English speaker (English as first language)
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience caring for babies and infants
Extensive experience working with VIP families or fully staffed households
Proven experience with infants from 4 months old
Career nanny (not a babysitter)
Ability to work confidently alongside household staff
Happy to relocate to Monaco and travel lots
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong knowledge of infant development and routines
Formal childcare qualifications preferred
