We are an international family in Munich expecting our first baby around 9 November 2026.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced English-speaking nanny to support us with our newborn, starting flexibly in late November or December.

We are interested in both daytime and overnight care. Candidates are very welcome to contact us if they are available for daytime only, overnight only, or both.

Initially, we expect approximately:

– daytime: 2–3 blocks per week, around 4–6 hours each
– overnight: around 1–2 nights per week, if available

We are flexible about the exact days and hours. During the first weeks, one or both parents will usually also be at home.

The main responsibility would be direct newborn care, including holding and soothing, changing, settling and supervising the baby, going for walks, and feeding expressed milk or formula if needed.

Previous experience caring for newborn babies, especially babies under 3 months old, is very important to us. For overnight care, we are particularly looking for someone who already has experience taking care of very young babies overnight.

We would ideally like someone who:

– speaks English fluently
– has strong newborn/infant experience
– can provide references from previous families
– has infant/child first-aid training
– is calm, reliable and comfortable working with first-time parents
– may be interested in continuing regularly with us in 2027

Our expected due date is 9 November, so the exact starting date needs to remain flexible.

We would like a properly documented arrangement with payment by bank transfer.
