Hello! My name is Irene and I’m a qualified Early Childhood Education professional from Canary Islands, Spain. I currently work as a teaching assistant in a school in Gran Canaria, supporting children with special educational needs.
I have experience caring for babies and children from 1 to 12 years old, including preparing meals, helping with homework, organising routines, playing and doing activities together, and supporting children with patience and affection.
I would describe myself as kind, patient, responsible and caring, but also confident when it comes to setting boundaries. I believe children need both affection and clear, positive guidance.
I’m looking for a live-in nanny position where I can become part of the family, help with the children’s daily routines and create a warm and positive environment for them. I’d also be happy to introduce children to Spanish and share my culture with them.
I’m comfortable with pets and helping with light household tasks related to the children. I have a first aid qualification and a driving licence.
I’m excited about the opportunity to meet a new family, experience life abroad and continue improving my English while doing a job I genuinely enjoy.
