Hi, I’m Greer!
I’m originally from Texas but have lived internationally since finishing high school. I’m a native English speaker with intermediate (B1) Spanish (Latin American).

I’m comfortable and confident working with children of all ages and neurotypes, from toddlers through teens. My one gap is infants, where I don’t yet have hands-on experience.

I’ve worked in a Special Education classroom supporting young adults with a wide range of disabilities, as well as privately with individuals who have special care needs. I’m deeply knowledgeable about neurodiversity, and I hold Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training. When a child is overwhelmed or heading toward a meltdown, I focus on staying calm and predictable myself first. This looks like lowering my voice, giving space, and naming what I see (“I notice this feels like a lot right now”), so they have something steady to co-regulate with rather than another big reaction to react to.
