Cancel Premium Access

You are welcome to cancel your Premium Access at any time via your Native Nanny Dashboard or by submitting the form below. Both methods can be used to cancel your Premium Access. The easiest, fastest method is directly via your Native Nanny Dashboard > SHOP > My Subscriptions.

Request cancellation using form

Should you wish to cancel your Premium Access without having to log in you may do so using the form below:

  1. Fill in your Native Nanny Email Address and name so we can identify your active subscription correctly. (Required)
  2. Select At end of current subscription period if you wish to retain Premium Access benefits until expiry of your current subscription period.
  3. Click the Cancel Premium Access button. On submission of the form, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us for further assistance.
  4. Your cancellation request becomes effective upon submission. We will process it as quickly as possible. Submissions outside business hours will be handled on the next working day.
