Zudem gelte ich in meiner derezitgen Position als sprachliches Vorbild und bin während der Hausaufgabenzeiten als solches im Hort eingeteilt. In früheren Tätigkeiten habe bereits ich mit Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen arbeiten dürfen und habe diese unterstützt in Arbeit, Berufsfindung. Mir sind viele Krankheitsbilder und Einschränkungen bekannt und ich weiss damit umzugehen.
