In addition to working as a nanny for over 10 years and caring for children with special needs both at home and in a school environment, I trained as a Maternity Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist (non-medical and similar to a combination of a doula/nanny) and can offer specialized care of both mother and baby after the birth. I’m available for 6 hours during the day or up to 12 hours overnight.

I’m a proud mother to one baby girl and I know just how critical support in the early days is when exhaustion and sleep deprivation are at play. Be it caring for the new baby, breast feeding or formula feeding support, providing reassurance and emotional support, light housekeeping related to baby or cooking to make sure everyone eats, my goal is to give the family the best possible start.

I speak English and German, am learning Spanish, and would be happy to discuss how I could help your family slide into this phase of your lives with confidence and perhaps a bit more sleep.

Otherwise, if you are in search of a nanny to work around 30 hours per week in a fixed long-term position, I’d be happy to consider that as well. I look forward to hearing from you.
