Occasional babysitting for latin Family with dog

We are a German/Costarrican family with a 3 years old daughter and a 4 years old small dog. We are looking for an occasional babysitter, 3 hours every time. We care about respect, honesty and good communication to all the family members. We want someone that can be coming at least for 1 year, 3 times per month approx.
