We are a warm and active family based in Berlin-Wannsee with two boys (5 and 7 years old) and two dogs. We are looking for a reliable, caring and independent full-time Nanny / Family Manager (m/f/d) who would like to become a long-term part of our family life.

The main focus of the position is our children and independently managing their daily routines.

Your responsibilities:

* Caring for and supporting our two boys
* Preparing breakfast and lunchboxes
* Driving them to and from school, sports and other activities
* Organising and coordinating their daily schedules
* Playing, reading, creative activities and outings
* Preparing fresh, healthy meals for the family
* Grocery shopping and small errands
* Helping with our dogs, including walks
* Proactively helping to organise everyday family life

We have a housekeeper who takes care of the main cleaning, laundry and ironing, so this is not a housekeeping or cleaning position. However, we are looking for someone who naturally takes responsibility for everyday tidiness – cleaning up after cooking, tidying up after the children or quickly vacuuming if the boys bring sand and dirt home after sports.

A driver’s licence and confident driving are essential. We live in Berlin-Wannsee and the children need to be driven to school and their activities every day. Public transport is not a realistic option for their schedule. A car is provided.

Cooking is an important part of the position. We value fresh, healthy food and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking.

Independence, initiative and flexibility are equally important to us. There is of course a regular structure and agreed working hours, but with two children, school, sports, work commitments and travel, not every week looks exactly the same. Occasional evenings or weekends should therefore be possible by prior arrangement.

The position can be either live-in or live-out. For a live-in arrangement, accommodation is provided.

Native Spanish or English speakers are especially welcome. Our children already speak German and English. We would particularly love to find someone who could consistently speak Spanish with them so they can naturally learn another language through everyday life.

Most importantly, we are looking for a genuine long-term commitment of several years, not a traditional 6- or 12-month au pair experience. We would love to find someone who builds a close and trusting relationship with our children and becomes a stable part of our family life.
