We are a French-German family living in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen with two young children (1 and 3 years old). Starting in April, we are looking for a caring nanny, preferably French-speaking, with experience caring for young children.

Schedule:
10–20 hours per week, mainly weekday mornings (around 9am–1pm), at our home.

What is important to us:
– a warm and secure relationship with the children
– supporting the children’s autonomy, curiosity and free expression
– openness to alternative educational approaches
– a non-authoritarian approach respecting each child’s rhythm
– attention to equality and avoiding gender stereotypes
– simple and open communication with us as parents

First aid training for children is appreciated.
