We are looking for a caring, dependable, and engaging nanny who truly enjoys spending time with young children. Our ideal nanny is playful, patient, energetic, and happy to get down on the floor to play, read books, make crafts, sing songs, and encourage learning through everyday activities.

Our oldest daughter is almost four years old and loves pretend play, arts and crafts, and using her imagination. Our middle child, also a daughter, recently turned two and enjoys following her big sister, spending time outdoors, and exploring new things. Our youngest child is a newborn boy and is bringing lots of joy, and the normal newborn routine, to our family.

Because we are new to the area, our childcare situation is still evolving. Beginning the second week of September, we will need full-time care for our two-year-old and our newborn if daycare placements are not yet available. If they are able to enroll in daycare, our primary need will shift to helping in the mornings and evenings, assisting with getting the children ready for daycare and preschool, helping with pickups if needed, preparing dinner, engaging the children in play, and supporting bath time and bedtime routines.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and understands that our family’s schedule may change as childcare arrangements become finalized. Regardless of the schedule, we hope to find a nanny who enjoys actively engaging with our children and becoming a trusted part of our family’s daily life.

We would also appreciate help with light household tasks related to the children, including tidying toys and play areas, washing bottles and children’s dishes, folding children’s laundry, and helping keep the kitchen and common areas tidy after activities. We are not looking for a housekeeper, but for someone who takes pride in leaving things as they found them and enjoys working as part of a team.

We value open communication, reliability, and mutual respect, and we hope to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family’s daily life. More than anything, we want our children to be cared for by someone who is warm, kind, and genuinely enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and have fun every day.
