We are Steffi and Dennis, parents of Lucy (3) and Heidi (4 months). Our home is in Prenzlauer Berg, two minutes from a park and around the corner from kid-friendly cafés.

A few things about us that might matter to you:

Bilingual by design. German is our family language. Dennis speaks only English with the girls. Lucy already uses English with her teachers at her bilingual Kita in Pankow, and we want a nanny who keeps that going as the third English voice in her life.

Calm household. Two parents who work from home, a baby who naps a lot, and a 3-year-old who loves drawing, climbing, and books. No yelling, no chaos, no unspoken rules about who does what.

Long-term mindset. We are hiring for years. We want someone our girls grow to trust, and someone we get to know. The schedule runs on guaranteed hours, so you can count on us even on weeks the kids are sick or away.

Light work. Your job is the kids: snack, change, tidy up toys after play. Nothing on the household side beyond that.
