Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable live-in nanny to care for our three boys (1,3,12 years old) in a warm and loving home environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of the children, while also helping with light household tasks and providing educational, fun, and age-appropriate activities.

About us:
– We are a family with three boys (12, 3, 1yo) and one adult girl
– Based in Zürich and Ibiza and travel to different countries in between
– Family Languages: English, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Norwegian
– The complexity of our family is that we have different homes, a very busy work schedule and private activities across countries. We live by high values and seek to provide the best for our family and the kids ensuring they have a balanced and healthy upbringing in the beauty of many homes.

Responsibilities:
1. CHILDCARE
* Provides customized and personalized childcare for the children in our homes
* Administers one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of all boys
* Contributes to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating (!) environment in which the children thrive and develop
* Handle children’s emotional needs with patience, empathy, and positivity.

2. HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT
* Keeps the kitchen living area and children’s areas neat and tidy
* Take care of the children’s laundry and bedrooms
* Running household errands and grocery shopping

3. COMMUNICATION
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children’s needs, progress, and any concerns.
• Provide periodic updates on activities, milestones, and behavior.

QUALIFICATION / SKILLS:
* Experience with children of the same age (1 and 3yo)
* Knowledge of healthy and balanced meal preparation
* Creating a safe, nurturing environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly Organized (very important)
* Well kept appearance & healthy lifestyle
* Ability to think quickly and ahead
* Must feel comfortable and secure with two little boys at the same time
* Calm demanour
* Engaging
* Compassionate
* Respects family priorities and their personal space

*Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:*
* Montessori education highly preferred
* Must be fluent in English or German (German is a big plus!!)
* Must be over 30 years old
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience with small children (younger then 3years old)
* Must have Driver License
* Must have valid papers to work and travel in EU / Switzerland

We ASK
– 6 days per week
– ⁠Wednesday is off
– ⁠10-12 hours per day (3yo is in nursery, baby will join nursery in autumn)
