I am a French childcare professional currently based in Karlsruhe, and I have been living and working in Germany since 2021.
Childcare has been at the centre of my life for many years. My experience covers a wide range of roles: volunteering in a kindergarten with children aged 1 to 3, working in a baby section of a Familotel, supporting families as an au pair, and working as a nanny for several households. I have cared for babies as young as 3 months and accompanied their development through their first year of life.
I am trained in Montessori pedagogy for ages 0 to 6, I have completed a baby seminar, a first aid course and several trainings focusing on emotional development, autonomy and early childhood needs. These qualifications help me offer calm, attentive and developmentally supportive care.
Working with infants is where I feel the most aligned and confident. I enjoy creating gentle routines, observing developmental progress and offering a safe, affectionate environment where babies can grow at their own pace.
People often describe me as patient, caring, reliable and sensitive. I value clear communication with parents and always aim to support the family as a whole.
I am currently open to new opportunities in childcare across Germany and happy to relocate for the right family.

Ich bin eine französische Fachkraft in der Kinderbetreuung, lebe derzeit in Karlsruhe und arbeite seit 2021 in Deutschland.
Die Betreuung von Kindern steht seit vielen Jahren im Mittelpunkt meines Lebens. Meine Erfahrungen umfassen eine Vielzahl von Tätigkeiten: Freiwilligenarbeit in einer Kindertagesstätte mit Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 3 Jahren, Arbeit in der Babyabteilung eines Familotels, Unterstützung von Familien als Au-Pair sowie mehrere Anstellungen als Nanny. Ich habe bereits Babys ab 3 Monaten betreut und sie während ihres gesamten ersten Lebensjahres begleitet.
Ich bin in der Montessori-Pädagogik (0–6 Jahre) ausgebildet und habe ein Baby-Seminar, einen Erste-Hilfe-Kurs sowie mehrere Weiterbildungen zu emotionaler Entwicklung, Selbstständigkeit und frühkindlichen Bedürfnissen absolviert. Diese Qualifikationen ermöglichen es mir, eine ruhige, aufmerksame und entwicklungsorientierte Betreuung anzubieten.
Die Arbeit mit Säuglingen ist der Bereich, in dem ich mich am wohlsten und sichersten fühle. Ich gestalte gerne sanfte Routinen, beobachte die Entwicklungsschritte und schaffe ein sicheres und liebevolles Umfeld, in dem Babys in ihrem eigenen Tempo wachsen können.
Man beschreibt mich oft als geduldig, fürsorglich, zuverlässig und feinfühlig. Eine klare Kommunikation mit den Eltern ist mir sehr wichtig, und ich setze alles daran, die Familie als Ganzes zu unterstützen.
Ich bin derzeit offen für neue Möglichkeiten in der Kinderbetreuung in ganz Deutschland und bin bereit, für die passende Familie umzuziehen.
