Hello Families!

My name is Aayda, originally from Morocco and currently living in Frankfurt, Germany.
With over 6 years of hands-on experience working with children from infants to school-aged I have developed a deep passion for nurturing and supporting young minds as they grow, learn, and thrive. My journey in childcare began with a strong commitment to creating positive and enriching environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired.
I am currently caring for infants as young as 3 months old, as well a 2 year-old child with autism, which has deepened my skills in supporting children with special needs, an experience that has enriched my understanding of early childhood development and strengthened my ability to provide attentive, loving care tailored to each child’s needs.
In the past, I also had the privilege of supporting young children in a private family setting, where I was responsible for engaging them in creative and educational activities, supervising their routines, and fostering early language development through consistent English communication. I was recognized for being punctual, warm, and dependable, and for quickly building a trusting relationship with the children. My efforts to support their language learning and emotional well-being were particularly appreciated.
Additionally, I served as Vice President of an association dedicated to helping disadvantaged children. In this role, I led educational and recreational initiatives, collaborated with parents and community members, and worked to create supportive environments that empowered children to grow with confidence and resilience.
I would describe myself as a compassionate and kind-hearted individual, always ready to make a positive difference in children’s lives. I’m creative, engaged, and committed to helping every child I work with thrive.
My hobbies include theatre and social work, which keep me active and connected with my community. I am fluent in Arabic (my mother tongue), English, and French, and I also have beginner skills in German and Spanish.
I’m open to both babysitting and holiday nanny roles and am happy to tailor my care to fit the unique needs of each family.
