My name is Tara, I am 26 years old, and I am passionate about working with children. I speak Serbian/Croatian, English, and Slovenian fluently, and I am currently learning German and Spanish.
I studied Pedagogy and Andragogy in Ljubljana, which gave me a strong understanding of child development, education, and working with people of all ages. I have experience working in a kindergarten and a primary school, and later I worked in an international company where I was involved in more complex projects that included children and young people.
Working with children is something that comes very naturally to me. I come from a family with many children, and I have always been the person everyone calls when they need someone trustworthy, caring, and responsible. I truly enjoy creating a warm, safe, and fun environment where children can feel happy and supported.
I like to combine creativity, discipline, play, and physical activity in my work. Whether it’s arts and crafts, storytelling, outdoor games, or sports, I always organize activities based on the child’s personality, needs, and interests. I believe every child is unique and deserves an approach tailored just for them.
As an additional skill, I have trained in both Latin American and standard ballroom dances, which I love to incorporate into fun and engaging activities with children.
I would describe myself as caring, patient, energetic, and reliable. My goal is not only to take care of children, but also to contribute to their growth, confidence, and happiness in a positive and meaningful way.
