I have experience working with children of various ages. I believe empathy and patience are fundamental when it comes to either teaching or child caretaking. I think fostering children’s curiosity through activities like storytelling, making art (with minimal mess of course), crafts and engaging in their interests does wonders for children’s cognitive development. I also believe in reasonable minimization of screentime and allowing them to instead engage in simpler activities and forms of play, which makes bedtime a lot easier.
