We are an international family living in Pankow, Berlin 🌍 — a German wife, an Italian husband, and two daughters, aged 7 📚 and 3 😂. The older is reflective and curious, the younger lively and humorous. They speak German and Italian, and understand English. We are asking for a caring, reliable nanny and are guessing our ideal setup is: three days a week, four hours per day, starting with a one-year contract — someone who can expand the care and support in our home, accompany the children from school and Kita, assist with small daily needs, and become a warm, integrated part of our family life.

We are asking for support at home a few afternoons each week, ideally including Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility for a third day. We are asking for someone who can accompany the children from school and Kita, bring them home or to the playground, and provide gentle, practical help around the house. This might include preparing meals for the children or assisting with their smaller daily needs. Above all, we are asking for someone who can become a part of our family rhythm, helping us expand the care and attention our home offers while sharing in the everyday life of our daughters.
Regarding compensation: we will follow the guidelines and suggestion of the LightHouse Nanny salary policy, and accept offers from the candidates.
